Northern Peru is legendary for producing coffee with bright, rich flavors. At some of the highest global growing elevations, the “Amazon Andes” yield some of the best developed flavor profiles in the world. We now introduce a coffee that not only hails from this famous region, but that also comes from a single farm.

The farm, La Flor del Zapote, sits at an elevation of over 5,500 feet and is cultivated by a single family with whom we have a direct relationship. This rare, single farm sourcing produces coffee of unrivaled consistency and a complex taste with a full body. No other coffee origin can match the quality and traceability of single farm produced coffee.

These beans are certified by Coffee for Education, a benefit corporation that supports education in coffee growing regions in the developing world. 


Species: Arabica - Paiche 30%, Bourbon 40%, Caturra 10%, Catimor 20%

Processing: Washed, Sun-dried
