Dark Velvet is a blend of full bodied Colombian, Timor Estate, and Tanzanian Peaberry. All three of the coffees in this blend have such distinctive profiles that the individual tastes of each coffee will surface at times. Thus, you get a coffee that is hard to pin down to one distinctive taste profile. The joy of drinking this coffee is that it is always a surprise.
